The Early Registration deadline for the 2018 Annual Meeting is April 25, 2018, at 11:59 PM (EDT). Register before the deadline to receive your badge in the mail before the Meeting. For international attendees learn more about travel, visas, and other frequently asked questions.
Make a hotel reservation through our online reservation system. The online system will provide a full listing of available hotels and hotel rates.
Hotel rooms are very limited. If you attempt to make a hotel reservation and your preferred dates or room rate is not available, please add yourself to the hotel labeled Waitlist Hotel Option and you will be contacted as soon as a room becomes available.
ASCO provides complimentary shuttle service from all official ASCO Annual Meeting Hotels to McCormick Place, the meeting location.
Room types are not guaranteed. Hotels will add taxes and applicable surcharges to the room rates. Taxes and fees are subject to change.
We strongly recommend you make your hotel reservation as soon as possible.
Hotel reservations received after April 25, 2018, will be processed on a space-available basis and may be subject to higher rates.
When making a hotel reservation, the credit card number provided guarantees only your reservation; the credit card provided at check-in will be used for payment.
Save money by sharing a hotel room at the 2018 ASCO Annual Meeting: Connect with other attendees who are interested in sharing a hotel room via the Find a Colleague directory. When the directory opens later this year, update your profile with the “Interested in Hotel Room Share” tag to denote your interest in sharing a room. Meeting attendees can search for profiles tagged as “Interested in Hotel Room Share” with the ability to immediately message those colleagues.
