Registrations are now open for the 2018 ASCO Annual Meeting. The Hotel Reservation and Early Registration Deadline was Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at 11:59 PM (EDT)

Online registrations are processed securely and confirmed immediately by email. Registrations cannot be accepted by telephone, mail, or fax.

Meeting sessions will be held at McCormick Place. 

Hotel Update

The online hotel reservation website is now closed.  

Need to cancel or change a reservation? Contact the hotel directly, at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.  

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will result in a charge equal to 100% of your total stay.

Need assistance at the meeting for your current reservation? Visit the ASCO Hotel Assistance Desk, located in Concierge Services in the Grand Concourse Lobby, during the following hours:  

June 1 - 4                      7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

June 5                           7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Third-party companies illegally represent themselves as travel agencies, soliciting attendees and exhibitors, and offering to assist them with their hotel reservations. This practice, known as "room poaching", can have serious consequences, including higher room rates, non-existent reservations at check-in, loss of pre-payment, or sub-standard hotel accommodations.

Room poachers require pre-payment for rooms but do not make a hotel reservation for you. Payment cannot be reclaimed, resulting in significant monetary loss.

Room poachers contact registrants and represent themselves as the Meeting hotel reservation agency, using a variety of tactics, including

  • Distributing promotional materials that utilize the name or logo of the Meeting
  • Insisting rooms be reserved and/or paid for immediately
  • Offering discounted room rates below the Meeting room rate

If you are contacted by anyone who is not with SPARGO, Inc., please email SPARGO with as much information regarding the poacher as possible.

How to Add Your Twitter Handle to Your Existing Registration

  • Log in with your username and password
  • Select Make Changes to Registration
  • Select Edit/Update Contact Information (left of the badge)
  • Select YES to "Would you like your twitter handle on your badge?" (above the email address)
  • Add twitter handle in the text field (do not include @)
  • Select Continue
  • Select Save Change/Check Out
  • Click OK in the pop-up window
