Last-minute changes happen. Reference the information below to understand the cancellation process for your registration or hotel reservation.

Registration Changes and Cancellations

Submit registration changes or a cancellation for the 2018 Annual Meeting online.

Registration Cancellation Deadline: Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at 11:59 PM (EDT)                                  

  • Registration Cancellation Fee: $75
  • No refunds for cancellations received after the May 29, 2018 at 11:59 PM (EDT) cancellation deadline
  • Refunds will be processed after the Meeting
  • To retain 2018 ASCO Annual Meeting Videos and Slides, visit the bookstore

Registration substitutions must be sent via email and must be submitted by either the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee. 

Hotel Reservation Changes and Cancellations

  • Through Thursday, May 10, 2018: Changes or cancellations can be made online.
  • Friday, May 11 – Tuesday, May 15, 2018: Changes and cancellations cannot be made. 
  • Beginning Wednesday, May 16, 2018: Contact the hotel directly to change or cancel a reservation.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Deadline

  • 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancelling your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to the daily room rate plus tax.
