Registration Fees & Hotel Rates

Access the online hotel reservation system for a list of available hotels and room rates.

Specific room types are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Hotels may charge an additional fee for more than two occupants per room.

Hotel reservations received after April 26, 2017, at 11:59 PM (EDT) will be processed on a space-available basis and may be subject to higher rates. We strongly recommend you make your reservation as soon as possible.

Hotel rooms are very limited.  If you attempt to make a hotel reservation and your preferred dates or room rate is not available, please add yourself to the hotel labeled Waitlist Hotel Option and you will be contacted as soon as a room becomes available.  You will be notified by April 30 with available hotel options.

During the online hotel reservation process, you will be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee your reservation. You will then be asked to provide a credit card when you check in to the hotel. The credit card provided at check-in will be used as payment for your stay; the credit card provided during the online hotel reservation process will only be used to guarantee your reservation.

Please note: Only hotels that are official hotels of the ASCO Annual Meeting provide shuttle service. A shuttle schedule will be available closer to the Meeting.

NEW THIS YEAR! Save money by sharing a hotel room at Annual Meeting. Connect with other attendees who are interested in sharing a hotel room via the Find a Colleague directory. Visit the directory to update your profile with the “Interested in Hotel Room Share” tag to denote your interest in sharing a room.  Meeting attendees can search for profiles tagged as “Interested in Hotel Room Share” with the ability to immediately message those colleagues.

Use of the Find a Colleague directory, including searching for attendees and sharing a hotel room is subject to the Terms of Use.  Use your best judgement and take precautions for your safety.  ASCO is not responsible for the safety or security of attendees using the roommate feature of the Find a Colleague directory.
