2017 ASCO Annual Meeting Registration fee includes

  • Access to all Educational Sessions and Scientific Sessions
  • Access to Poster Sessions
  • Access to the personalized Attendee Resource Center and 2017 ASCO Annual Meeting Videos and Slides
  • Downloadable Meeting Materials: Educational Book, Annual Meeting Proceedings Part I, Annual Meeting Program, and the ASCO Daily News including Annual Meeting Proceedings Part II
  • Entrance to the Oncology Professionals Hall during open hours
  • Continuing medical education (CME) and Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credits for physicians

How do I register if I am a...

  • Spouse/Guest: A Spouse/Guest pass can be purchased for $50. Spouse/Guest passes allows access to the Oncology Professionals Hall, Posters, Opening, and Plenary Sessions. Attendees may add a Spouse/Guest pass online through the registration process, or by emailing the ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center.
  • Member of the Media: Information on registering media can be found in the Media Resource Center. For further questions, please email all requests. 
  • Federal Employee: We understand that your process for registration and hotel reservations may be different. We're happy to help you navigate the process

ASCO Bistro – The Best Way to Eat, Meet, and Network at the ASCO Annual Meeting ($24 per day)

ASCO Bistro provides a comfortable setting for attendees to eat, meet, and network during the Annual Meeting. Located in the back of the Oncology Professionals Hall in Hall A, ASCO Bistro offers an all-inclusive buffet lunch including beverages and dessert. Lunch is available at $24 per guest, which includes express entry and a reserved seat. A variety of delicious soups and salad options, entrees, seasonal vegetables, and side items are available. The menu changes daily.

Tickets can be purchased through the registration website until 11:59 PM on May 19, 2017. After May 19, 2017, tickets will be available for purchase onsite at the Annual Meeting.
