Find a Colleague
Use the Find a Colleague directory in the Attendee Resource Center to search for registered attendees and send a direct, private email to connect while onsite. The Find a Colleague directory will be available to all registered attendees prior to the Meeting.
Sit, charge your devices, and connect with colleagues at four Networking Cafes throughout McCormick Place. Take a break to discuss the science and education taking place or to watch a session live on ASCO TV. (Look for the ASCO TV schedule in ASCO Daily News.)
Poster Discussion Networking
Meet with abstract authors and discussants following each Poster Discussion Session to further discuss the research and address questions in a networking area right outside the session room.
Career Opportunities Board
Are you looking for a new career opportunity? Do you have an open position at your organization? Take advantage of this feature and find information on job openings around the world. The Career Opportunities Board is located next to the Career Fair Exhibit Booth in the Oncology Professional Hall, South Building, Hall A. If you are interested in posting a job, visit the information desks throughout the convention center.
Reserve a Table
Looking for a space to meet with colleagues? Find the seating area behind ConCierge Services in the North Building, Level 3, Grand Concourse Lobby. Twenty tables can be reserved for 45-minute time slots for eight people. Grab a cup of coffee, and take advantage of these new reserved tabkles, each with a power strip. The hours are Friday through Monday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and on Tuesday from 7:00 AM- 12:00 PM.
The official ASCO Tweetup is an informal gathering for attendees interested in the intersection of oncology and social media to meet and mingle. Join us on Saturday, June 3, from 5:45 - 6:45 PM in the Plate Room food court (North Hall Level 2.5).
